The Eye of the Day, group show in Jakarta, Indonesia at Srisasanti Gallery (2025)

For this show, I had the honor of presenting three surrealist paintings: PASILLO, SILLA, CABALLETE, brought to life with acrylic paint.

When I think of the SUN, the first word that comes to mind is LIFE. I reflect on how the sun has evolved alongside life itself. It remains the first creator, the origin of everything, essential to the existence and transformation of all we know. So, what will be the next evolution that the sun will witness with us?

As an optimist, I imagine a future of coexistence, where we learn to live together, creating a world that uplifts everyone. A place where nothing is truly a mistake, because everything is part of the SUN's grand creation. From this vision, these paintings emerged.
